in collaboration with Wayne Memorial Hospital

will be providing Flu Clinics at the

Blooming Grove Senior Center

October 20, 2010  -  November 2, 2010 -  November 4, 2010

from 9-1 p.m.

First come First served

We service seniors aged 60 and older.

Also Pneumonia vaccine will be available in limited quantities.
