PENNSYLVANIA SENIOR FARMERS MARKET  

NUTRITION PROGRAM. (SFMNP)

Starting in June, 2008, SFMNP checks will be issued on

Tuesdays and Thursdays at the

 Blooming Grove Senior Center  from  10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Recipients last day to use SFMNP is November 30, 2008.

Last day of SFMNP checks issue is Sept. 30, 2008.

Seniors who are 60 + years old, are Pike County Residents,

and meet the income requirements are eligible for the SFMNP checks.

 [Single: $19,240—Couple: $25,900]

Each eligible senior may receive four (4) $5.00 checks for a

 total benefit of $20.00 one time during the program year. 

Ritter's Produce Truck will be at the Blooming Grove Senior Center

from 10 am — 1 pm on the following dates:

Where you can exchange your vouchers for fresh produce.

JULY 16 & 17

AUG. 20 & 21

SEPT. 17 &18

OCT. 15 & 16

Make a reservation for lunch and come do your shopping. 

You can also buy fruits and vegetables for cash if you do not have checks.
