Volunteer's Needed

VOLUNTEER ENROLLMENT FORM

Please consider volunteering at our agency,  we are in great need of volunteers.

We have many area's you might consider helping out in,  our kitchen area serving meals, or going out with a driver and help deliver our home bound meals.

A couple of hours a week would be greatly appreciated.
